  • I have been charged, but the premium doesn't work
    Click the "Restore Purchase" button on the Premium screen. Bento settings -> Premium -> Restore Purchase.

  • "Restore Purchase" doesn't work
    Reinstall the app on the device where you can't restore the purchase. It helps in 99% of cases.

  • I've been charged for a year's subscription, but I don't want to use the app
    Unfortunately, we don’t have access to subscriptions because they are processed by Apple. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges.

    You can leave a request with Apple at this link: reportaproblem.apple.com.

  • I've been charged twice (subscription and lifetime)                        
    Unfortunately subscription and purchase are separate things in the App Store. Pay attention that you should cancel your subscription after you have bought lifetime purchase.

    To cancel your subscription follow this steps (App Store -> Your Apple ID -> Subscriptions -> Bento).

    To request a refund from Apple follow this link: reportaproblem.apple.com.
